The Faith-Based Center of Hope and several partner organizations have recently donated needed school supplies and uniforms to several Anson County schools.

Faith-Based Center of Hope CEO Vancine Sturdivant and Mentor, Inc., presented school supplies and uniforms to Morven Elementary School. The supplies and uniforms were valued at $300. Mentor, Inc., was also one of the volunteer groups during Faith-Based Center of Hope’s annual event on Aug. 17, when school supplies were donated to more than 500 students.

Sturdivant and Lilesville Town Councilwoman Juanita Williams also presented school supplies to Lilesville Elementary recently with the value of over $300. Principal Maresa Phillips, along with the staff, stated, “Thank you so much for your support of our students!”
