1/23 - Nicky Robert Martin, 44, 135 Hillsboro St., Stedman, assault on a female, assault with a deadly weapon, injury to personal property. Bond $2,300; court date March 12.

1/23 - Kingta Nakia Williams, Rainbow Lane, reported that someone busted the front door off its hinges to gain entry into her residence. Nothing was reported stolen. Damage was estimated at $300.


1/23- Teriesa Kramer of Florida, reported that someone broke a door to her Minnie Hall Road residence to gain entry. Nothing was reported stolen. Damage estimates were not listed.


1/23 - Carroll Wilson Spencer, Spencer Road, Faison, reported that someone took a red Kawasaki ATV, valued at $1,900, from underneath his shelter.


1/23 - Gary Ward Parker, Lake Point Lane, Clinton, reported that someone entered a building at his hog farm and took a .22-caliber rifle valued at $300, a Honda 7000 valued at $700, a Honda 5000 valued at $850; a stainless steel sink valued at $500; a stack of galvanized steel valued at $300, three buckets of scrap metal valued at $100, and a .12-gauge shotgun valued at $500.


1/23 - Shaker Thomas, Garland Airport Road, reported that someone stole tires and rims, valued at $350, from her vehicle while it was parked on Highway 41 near the Sampson County line.
